Overview
In this lesson students will explore important Roman locations in Dorchester and their different uses.
From there, they will focus in on a Roman town house and use oracy activities to describe the rooms before comparing it to more modern houses.
Atriums to courtyards, dining rooms to shrines; take your students back in time and through the keyhole, stopping to admire the mosaics along the way.
